2020 just keeps getting odder and honestly nothing really seems to shock us as it should. While we are trying to maintain "normal" amidst the chaos of the world, May has brought some dark days. I will say now that we are on the other side of some of those dark days, God has never left us! He has been with us through it all. Even while I threw a fit and cried my eyes out. I am so grateful for a Savior who cares and holds me close, even while I try to rebel. My rebellion and tantrums have come to a calm as I realize God has this whole year under control. Sometimes I forget that HE is God and I am not... ;) Our family took a much needed break from school towards the end of May, and took time to breathe and just enjoy time together. Lazy mornings, long walks, dinners outside, bike rides and scootering with the neighbors. Most of the kids' appts are now back to in person. Which, as a driver has been difficult to get use to traffic again... but it has done wonders for the ki...
