JUNE HIGHLIGHTS nothing says summer like COOKOUTS! Here in England they call them BBQ's, no matter what's on the grill.   we've tried very hard to keep our dates with each kid a priority.  This month T & Mom went to Wynard Woodland and explored with a picnic Community garden clean up!  What a day it was. So grateful for all those who helped and worked tirelessly for hours!  The space already looks better  This photo was taken at 10:53PM - and yes ... that's still sunlight going strong!  The amount of light in the summer here in the Northeast is unbelievable  just a little evening walk to a green space nearby.  thsis month I had the privilege to show one of the teens here a bible for the first time!!  this is our alley way ... and while it looks beautiful here, it isn't always a place of beauty.  There's a few on the two streets it houses that work tirelessly every day, cleaning it up and beautifying it. {21 - May}

 I feel like May was the fastest month we've ever had, however I think it has been the coldest May we've ever experienced. ha! England sure had a cool and rainy month. Kinda put a damper on some of our plans, but the last few days of the month really made up for it.  We had another full month here. Got to visit a few fun places, I (mom) got to attend a virtual spiritual retreat away from home while Dad did homeschool with all the kids. They studied Germany for the week and had quit a lot of fun! They even ended the week with "questions for a German", where they video chatted with a German friend of ours and got to ask loads of fun questions! What a great guy! Uwe answered all their answers and I was told it was a super fun time! :)  Best substitute teacher ever, thanks Dad!!
