October has always been a special month. And this year it was even more special as it held our "lasts" and a lot of goodbyes. We did a lot of packing and sorting, a lot of small goodbyes (thanks to Covid, any thought of a big Farewell Party had to be put aside), and the month also now holds special memories of trips and places we will forever remember! Enjoy this month's review in pics ... there's A LOT of them! It's hard to narrow down goodbyes, and final visits, so I'll share them all!

We began the month with a fun biometrics appt for our Visas -
and we celebrating and answered prayer! We ALL DID IT TOGETHER!
We did not have to go six separate times! Thank You Lord!

My long lost sister. The more we grew to know each other, the more we found out we were alike!

This lady deserves her own post! This is Miss Marisan.
She has been E's Occupational Therapist for the last year and half.
E has made SO much improvement since he began, and she gave so much help to our family specially during this pandemic and lockdown. She didn't just work with him but with us as parents - so we could better help our kid. What an inspiration!! We will surely miss her. |

| Isn't it funny how God works? God's been working on moving us to England for 4 years, 3 of those years where in NC - with these ladies. We grew close, like family close. They know the ugly parts of me and have seen many of my tears. I love them dearly. It's been great to live life alongside them. And now, God has taken us all in different ways. While we shed tears, we are also excited to see what God does next. But I am SUPER grateful for technology so we can sit chat, pray together, and keep in touch. Love you girls! |

I was blessed with a day with my Poppy before moving.
Due to Covid we couldn't do our big farewell and family get togethers as we would have liked.
But I was able to fly up for a FULL day with JUST my Poppy. It was a day I will NEVER forget.
We talked, ate every meal together, chatted about old times, and just enjoyed being together.
A special day indeed. |
